When Swedbank were planning a migration from Microsoft Office 2003 to 2007 in the middle of the world financial crisis, they simply couldn’t afford the staff downtime associated with the large-scale training of staff on the full suite of applications.

By adopting our adaptive learning model, they were able to give everyone an individual learning plan that delivered targeted, bite-sized training online to each individual that was focussed on the skills framework for their role and specific knowledge gaps.

Estimates of the monetary value of the time savings indicate a saving of approximately £230k per 1,000 staff.
