All Police forces in the UK face similar challenges of introducing IT change, and adhering to a compliance framework that comprises an increasing number of policies and directives. 

Hampshire Constabulary adopted EnlightKS’ business change solution to support the roll-out of two key systems for Resource Management and Case & Custody – in the case of the latter, to almost the entire uniformed and civilian workforce.

By developing and managing their own rapid content, the force was able to deploy lessons that linked directly to the system, providing context-sensitive business support at the point of need.

The outcome is that staff training for the two systems was reduced by 40%, and the savings in extraction (taking officers away from operational duties) and travel costs equated to about £2m over two years.
