Enlight KS to present at ATP Europe Conference 2010
Many organisations make the mistake of testing and training the entire workforce on all aspects, instead of focusing on individual’s specific role and competency requirements. This incurs unnecessary cost and wasted time. We will present a pioneering concept combining best practice in assessment and e-learning in a single solution. By integrating role-specific diagnostic tests with tailored e-learning courses, staff need only undertake training on individual knowledge gaps. This generates significant cost and time savings and delivers a more efficient and effective workforce. We will explain how the concept was successfully applied to a case involving a system migration from Microsoft Office 2003 to 2007. We will demonstrate how the client used our new “In-Application” question format for the interactive testing of computer skills in an authentic environment.
Furthermore, the demonstration will show how the organisation’s specific role needs and competence requirements for Office 2007 were used as a basis for targeted training programs.
