Our adaptive learning model provides a means of ensuring no-one is required to waste time learning anything that is either not relevant to their role or that they know already. The adaptive approach uses role-profiling together with training needs analysis, targeted learning delivery and context sensitive support to focus in on the needs of each individual, rather than using a ‘broad brush’ approach across the whole population.
The result is lower staff downtime, improved performance , greater credibility for the business change programme and demonstrable “readiness” reporting.
By whole life-cycle intervention, we mean being able to have a positive impact on the change process starting earlier, and continuing for longer. The more usual ‘training’ phase of the change programme is replaced with a broader spread of activities, closer in time to the point of need, and continuing beyond the go-live or launch date through the delivery of on-the-job learning and context sensitive, in-process support.
Blended learning and support is all about having content that is proportionate to the need and in the most appropriate format. Online learning and simulation can be generated and managed from within our change management system, but so can user documentation such as cue cards, user acceptance test scripts, work-books and role-based user-guides, as well as classroom learning and in-process support.
The most important thing is having all the content together in one place, so that the same information can be produced in multiple formats, wasteful repetition is avoided and version control is maintained.
