KShelper

KShelper provides in-process user support for live IT systems. KShelper is context-sensitive and follows the user as they navigate the system, offering single-click access to support and help material relevant to the particular screen the user is on.

Content created for IT simulations can be made available through KShelper, significantly reducing the workload required to create bespoke, tailored support. In addition to simulation training, users can access documentation and reference material at the point of need – reducing support costs and user downtime.

KShelper can be set to push crucial information to users, providing a constant trickle of updates to keep user knowledge both current and effective. This approach reinforces best practice and simplifies the management of ever changing processes and procedures.

KShelper links to almost any application without any programming or system modifications. No programming or technical knowledge is required.

Context-sensitive support
Any content can be linked to your application to provide an in-process, context-sensitive training and support solution that is only ever one click away. Content can include step-by-step help, business process guidance, interactive training simulations, task walkthroughs, policy, business and process documentation.
Auto-show function
Where screens or processes change KShelper can automatically present information to the user to flag important screen or system changes, ensuring that their knowledge and skills are brought up to date.
Small client install
To access the context-sensitive help a small file is required on the end-user’s machine. The file is easily rolled out due to its small size and because changes to the registry are not required.
